This training will teach participants the "Five Whys" technique, a simple yet effective problem-solving tool for identifying the root causes of incidents and preventing their recurrence. Participants will learn how to ask "why" repeatedly to drill down to the underlying causes of problems and develop corrective actions that address the root issues.
