Structure Fires
A fire can be devastating. Effective fire evacuation relies on employee knowledge. Tabletop exercises walk teams through:
i. Evacuation routes.
ii. Alternative escape paths.
iii. Various contingency plans.
These exercises should cover different times of day and staffing levels. Emergency examples include:
i. A kitchen fire in a cafeteria or break room.
ii. An electrical malfunction in equipment or wiring.
iii. An unsafe or blocked fire evacuation route due to debris or storage.
